At Yuluma Primary School, we celebrate the diverse backgrounds of our students and work together to provide the best experiences and opportunities that support students in achieving their best. Our dedicated teaching staff have high expectations for all of our students. Through high quality teaching and learning practices that are collaborative, evidence based and targeted to each individual child’s needs, we foster student growth and engagement. We offer a range of academic, social and emotional programs to cater for students’ academic, physical, social and emotional needs. Specialist programs at our school include Art, Music, Physical Education and Languages (Japanese).

As a school community, we invest in our students to ensure that they become contributing members of society as they grow older by helping instil the school values of respect, responsibility, strive and care. Opportunities are provided to develop their confidence and leadership qualities.

Our parent community are extremely supportive and play a vital role in contributing to the operations of the school. The School Board provides strong governance to our school to help meet the needs of students and community expectations. Our active P & C organises and runs many activities to support school programs and further build and enhance the strong community feel that exists at the school.
