We are always happy to welcome new students to our school.

In this section you will find information on Enrolments and the Application process.

In order to apply, you must complete a separate enrolment application for each student.

Submitting an application for enrolment does not guarantee you will receive a place at the school.

Please submit the Application for Enrolment in a Western Australian Public School (Primary) together with the following supporting documents:

1. Birth Certificate;
2. Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement that is not more than two (2) months old;
3. Proof of address (a Rates Notice OR Tenancy Agreement, or recent utility bill - Phone, gas, water or electricity);
4. Copies of Family Court or any other Court Orders (if applicable);
5. Information relating to suspensions (if applicable);
6. Information relating to a health or medical condition, disability or additonal needs (if applicable); AND
7. If your child is not a permanent resident of Australia, evidence of current visa subclass and passport. (see Overseas Students)

Kindergarten Enrolments.

Kindy applications for 2025 open Monday 6 May and close Friday 19 July 2024.

Kindergarten is not a compulsory year of schooling and therefore has limited numbers.

Applications received after the19 July deadline will not be considered until enrolments from the first round of offers have been completed.

Please note: Completing an application to enrol does not guarantee placement in Kindergarten.

If the number of Kindy applications exceeds the number of places available, the Principal will assess each enrolment application according to criteria specified in the Department of Education’s Enrolment in Public Schools policy. Parents seeking to enrol their child need to complete an Application for Enrolment Form and submit it with the required documentation.

When completing the Application to Enrol, you will also be required to provide evidence that you reside within the local intake area for Yuluma Primary School.
